ALL THE COSTS ASSOCIATED WITH THE MOVE ARE LISTED AS AN EXPENCE AND ARE PAID AT THE REAL ESTATE CLOSING. THIS METHOD OF PAYMENT ALLOWS FAMILIES TO KEEP THEIR MUCH NEED LIQUID ASSESTS AVAILABLE. OUR AVERAGE FEE TO ORGANIZE THE ENTIRE PROCESS RANGES FROM $1500-$2500.

IF FAMILIES CHOOSE INDIVIDUAL SERVICES WE TYPICALLY CHARGE ON A COST PLUS 5% BASIS. BECAUSE OF OUR BROAD NETWORK OF VENDORS AND OUR DISCOUNTS THE NET COST IS TYPICALLY LESS THAN IF THE FAMILY WERE TO SEARCH OUT CONTRACTORS ON THEIR OWN.
