OUR OWNERS HAVE A UNIQUE BUSINESS BACKGROUND THAT LENDS ITSELF TO SENIOR LOGISTICS. THE OWNERS WERE FIRST IN BUSINESS OPERATING A PACKAGING AND SHIPPING FRANCHISE – PAK MAIL CENTERS OF AMERICA. THEY WERE RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGING AND TRANSPORTING MILLIONS OF DOLLARS WORTH OF ART WORK AND ANTIQUES. THEY THEN OPENED A LOCAL MOVING BUSINESS – APARTMENT MOVERS OF VIRGINIA, WHICH FOCUSED ON PROVIDING MOVING SERVICES TO URBAN APARTMENT DWELLERS.
ADDITIONAL EXPERIENCE CAME WHEN THEY BECAME INVOLVED IN REAL ESTATE INVESTING – THEY PURCHASED, RENOVATED AND RESOLD OVER 120 HOUSES IN 5 YEARS.
THE OWNERS ARE ALSO LICENSED REAL ESTATE AGENTS – HELPING HUNDREDS OF FAMILIES BUY AND SELL THEIR HOMES.
ALL OF THESE EXPERIENCES WERE PUT TO USE SEVERAL YEARS AGO WHEN A SENIOR FAMILY MEMBER UNEXPECETLY PASSED AWAY AND AN AILING WIDOW NEEDED TO MOVE INTO AN ASSITED LIVING FACILITY.
